Privacy Policy

Avaris (“Avaris,” “we,” “us”) provides a software platform that helps independent real estate agents manage listings, generate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and client presentations, and send e-signature listing agreements. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Avaris website at avarissuite.com, the Avaris mobile application, and the agent portal at avarissuite.com/app.

Information we collect

• Account information. Email address, display name, and authentication tokens issued by our auth provider when you sign up or log in.
• Agent profile. Information you add to your Avaris profile, such as your brokerage, headshot, contact number, and DocuSign template id.
• Listing data. Property addresses, financial details, listing terms, photos, and any notes you add to a listing record.
• Generated artifacts. CMAs, presentations, and e-signature envelopes you create from listing data, including version history.
• Billing. A Stripe customer id and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers; card details are handled directly by Stripe.
• Usage signals. Basic server logs (request paths, timestamps, error traces) used to operate the service.

How we use information

• To operate the Avaris platform and deliver the features you request.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To bill you for your subscription and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To investigate suspected abuse or violations of our terms.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your listing data to train third-party AI models, and we do not share it with brokerages, MLS providers, or marketing networks.

Third-party services

Avaris relies on a small set of vendors to deliver the platform. Each one receives only the information needed to perform its function:

• Supabase — authentication and PostgreSQL hosting for your account, profile, and listing records.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Anthropic — the Claude API generates CMA narratives and presentation copy from the listing data you provide.
• Google Maps Places API — address autocomplete during listing creation.
• DocuSign — e-signature envelopes for listing agreements when you choose to send them.
• Pexels — public stock imagery used to illustrate city context in presentations.
• Vercel — hosting for the website and portal.

Data retention

We keep your listings, CMAs, presentations, and envelopes for as long as your account is active so they remain available in your dashboard. Public share links for presentations expire after 30 days. When you delete your account, we remove your account record and associated listing data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain billing records for tax or legal compliance.

Your choices

You can update your profile or delete listings at any time from the mobile app or the web portal. To request access to or deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@avarissuite.com from the address on your account. We will respond within one business day.

Cookies

We use cookies only for what the platform needs to function: a Supabase session cookie that keeps you signed in, and Stripe-set cookies on checkout pages. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on avarissuite.com.

Children

Avaris is built for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email before the change takes effect.
